氣加熱系統使用燃燒液化氣來加熱熨平板底板，通過底板傳熱的方式來加熱振搗梁，壓實梁。液化氣經減壓閥送到各個噴火嘴，用點火器將各個噴火嘴點燃，所以在燃燒室內產生熱量加熱底板，達到熨平板加熱的目的。氣加熱擁有加熱不均勻，加熱速度慢且易產生局部過熱而使底板產生退火降低耐磨性等缺點，但是氣加熱擁有成本低廉，易改制等優點而廣泛使用。

Gas heating has the disadvantages of uneven heating, slow heating speed and easy to produce local overheating, which will cause annealing of the bottom plate and reduce wear resistance. However, gas heating has the advantages of low cost and easy to be modified and is widely used.
