當(dāng)機(jī)械中有振動(dòng)或沖擊力浸染時(shí)，滑軌與滑塊很可能會(huì)偏離原來(lái)的固定地位，而影響運(yùn)行精度與操作壽命。因此直線導(dǎo)軌與滑軌滑塊之間的固定就很重要。

1、推拔固定法

藉由對(duì)推拔的鎖緊來(lái)施壓，過(guò)大的鎖緊力易造成滑軌彎曲或外側(cè)肩部變形，所以安裝時(shí)要特別注意鎖緊力的適當(dāng)性。

2、壓板固定法

直線導(dǎo)軌與滑塊側(cè)面需略微突出床臺(tái)與工作臺(tái)邊緣，而壓板需加工逃槽，以防止安裝時(shí)與滑軌或滑塊的角部產(chǎn)生干預(yù)。

3、滾柱固定法

滾柱是利用螺栓頭部斜度的推進(jìn)來(lái)施壓，所以要特別注意螺栓頭部的位置。

4、定位螺栓固定法

提醒直線導(dǎo)軌因?yàn)榘惭b空間的限制，使用的螺栓尺寸不可太大。

1. Push pull fixation method

By applying pressure through the locking of the push and pull, excessive locking force can easily cause the slide rail to bend or the outer shoulder to deform, so special attention should be paid to the appropriateness of the locking force during installation.

2. Pressure plate fixation method

The side of the linear guide rail and slider should slightly protrude from the edges of the bed and worktable, while the pressure plate needs to be processed with escape grooves to prevent interference with the corners of the slide rail or slider during installation.

3. Roller fixation method

The roller uses the inclination of the bolt head to apply pressure, so special attention should be paid to the position of the bolt head.

4. Positioning bolt fixation method
