梅花墊特性:梅花墊是用聯軸器中間起到減震、絕緣、緩沖傳遞扭矩之作用。

爪型聯軸器國內通常稱為“梅花型聯軸器”。由兩個全等鋁制或鋼制的爪形軸套，在圓周方向上相互錯開半個齒距，其間裝有一個預應力的漸開線梅花形彈性體，彈性體內的預應力可保證正、反向傳動無齒隙，定位。同時，梅花型彈性體可以吸收傳動中產生的振動。爪型聯軸器中的彈性體可以減震，同時這種扭向剛性聯軸器保證的定位。

At the same time, the quincunx elastomer can absorb the vibration generated in the transmission. The elastomer in the claw type coupling can absorb vibration, and this torsional rigid coupling ensures positioning.
